Back pain, Worst pain of my life.
As some of you may know, I recently experienced a L1-L2 slipped disc. Probably the worst pain i have ever had in my entire life. Granted, I had my tonsils out at 17-18 years old and that was severe pain. but tonsillectomy was no where compared to the slipped disc.
I wasn't really thinking about everyone else in the world when I was going through my pain. But now that I have recovered after 3 weeks. After going through intense acupuncture ( thanks to Casey Castona- Acupuncturist in the Wisconsin Area), hefty pain meds, anti inflammatories, lidocaine patches, and whatever else I was on at the time. I finally had the heart to realize and feel for all those clients out there that have severe back pain. I feel as if I want to dedicate more of my research, time and energy into how to help those who are suffering. My eyes were awakened to something truly amazing. I know I have some empathy, but for back pain sufferers- I feel from my heart, the pit of my stomach what they may be going through. I don't wish slipped discs, herniated discs, or ruptured discs on anyone. So in conclusion-
I am planning on dedicated more time and energy in finding what works and doesn't work for those who do not get the relief they need. I want to be the person that knows the information, and healthy recommendations for those people.
So cheers, to no more back pain.
