How to... of relaxing?

I have noticed, especially after a week visit to NYC that not many people know what it is to RELAX. How to we, as massage therapists help these people who don't even know how to relax in the first place.
I would like to hear from others... what are the ways, your secrets if you will to guiding others to relax?
Personally, I always need to have music and the breath. I have clients focus on the cool air coming in their noses and how warm it gets leaving. I have them listen to the music and fall into the place where no one knows, feel the heat from the sun, the warm breeze from the ocean, or whatever comes to mind at the time.
I know not everyone relaxes the same way. I usually just get a feel for the person and go off of that. That is why I'm so very interested in hearing from you what are YOUR ways?
